• Monitor funnels and identify growth opportunities
• Optimize marketing processes based on performance data
• Participate in strategic planning and campaign scaling
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, SMM, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• Experience with content strategy and paid advertising
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Looker Studio
• Ability to analyze data and identify performance insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience writing clear briefs and documentation
• Structured thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Intermediate English or higher
